Computer-numeric controlled (CNC) machining is a subtractive manufacturing process, where raw material is removed with a range of cutting tools in some case precision cutting tools.

Advanced software is used to computationally derive an effective 3 dimension tool path to ensure that the life of the tool and ensure a quality surface finish is provided. This control of our equipment according to the instructions of your solid model we can also use traditional 2 dimensional CAD drawings file along with 2 dimensional paper drawings if required.

A simple way to explain how a CNC machine works, one could use the analogy of a car driving itself particularly if the car drives along the same path over and over again it is similar for a production machine to travel over the same path over and over again. Although a car can basically drive anywhere yet it prefers to stay on the road similarly a CNC machined can be programed to machine with a certain envelop or pocket.
